This formula includes multiple forms of Calcium and Magnesium to ensure good absorption and multiply metabolic pathways within the body. Vitamin K2 (Menaquione) helps activate K2-dependent proteins that shuttle calcium to where it needs to be. While 1000 IU Vitamin D3 helps encourage and support the remineralization of bone along with zinc, manganese, copper and boron.

Each Four Tablets Provide:
Calcium (as dicalcium malate, citrate, bisglycinate) 1000mg
Magnesium (as dimagnesium malate, citrate, bisglycinate) 500mg
Vitamin K2 (as menaquinone-7, contains milk & soy) 65ug
Boron (as sodium borate, citric acid) 2mg
Zinc (as bisglycinate) 5mg
Manganese (as bisglycinate) 2mg
Copper (as bisglycinate) 500ug
Vitamin D (1000iu, as D3 prep) 25ug
Also contains: Microcrystalline cellulose, cellulose gum, vegetable stearic acid, silicon dioxide, vegetable magnesium stearate, hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose, vegetable glycerin.
Suggested Use
As a food supplement for adults, take four (4) tablets daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
