This easy-to-take liquid is a great-tasting strawberry flavour that children will love. It’s also completely alcohol-free.
Bedtime Bliss can be given undiluted or added to your child's drink. Just give one to two doses an hour before bed. You can repeat one dose during the night if your child wakes.
Suitable for use during breastfeeding and pregnancy.

Each mL of this product contains:
Herbal extract equivalent to dry
Chamomile (Matricaria recutita) Flower................115 mg
Withania (Withania somnifera) Root & Leaves.....50 mg
Hops (Humulus lupulus) Strobile/Fruit..................25 mg

Shake well before use.
Can be given undiluted or added to your child’s formula. One to two doses 1 hour before bed. May repeat one dose during the night on waking.
Infants:
0-1 year - 0.5 mL
Children:
1-2 years - 2 mL
2-3 years - 3 mL
3-5 years - 4 mL
5+ years - 5 mL
