An opulent lip balm enhanced with the superb antiviral and antimicrobial action of Bee Propolis, which forms a protective barrier to help protect the lips from dryness and cracking, especially in dry or cold climates. This liquid balm is further enhanced with the healing properties of New Zealand Manuka Honey to nourish and moisturise, the emollient qualities and barrier qualities of nature’s liquid Wax Jojoba Oil, and Vitamin E to protect from sun and environmental damage.
Lightly scented and delightfully smooth, the easy applicator allows the balm to glide easily and hygienically onto lips to provide long-lasting hydration and a continuous soft and healthy feel.
Please understand that the colour and consistency of each batch of honey may vary due to the natural variations, and this will impact on the appearance of the Bee Kiwi products.

Bee Propolis is a natural antiseptic with strong antioxidant and antibacterial properties to aid in skin healing.
New Zealand Manuka Honey is famous for its medicinal benefits, and contains potent antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties to promote natural healing. It contains nutrients to help regenerate skin cells, cleanse and detoxify to leave skin toned and balanced, and is effective in soothing and reducing the effects of acne without drying the skin and is particularly helpful for those with sensitive skin.
Jojoba Oil is often used on sensitive or acne prone skin to help with skin irritations, and is also helpful in the treatment of dry and sore skin, eczema, psoriasis and allergies.
Vitamin E is an antioxidant that helps protect the skin against free radical damage caused by pollution and the sun’s radiation, and can help skin retain its natural moisturisers.

Return Policies
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at admin@ocare.co.nz. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, health supplements, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
