Directions
Children 4+ Years: Take 2 teaspoons (10ml) before bedtime. Children 1-3 Years: Take 1 teaspoon (5ml) before bedtime. Not suitable for children under 1 years, pregnant or lactating woman. Do not exceed recommended daily intake.
