Dosage
Adults: Take 1 to 3 capsules daily with food or as professionally advised. Children: Take 1 to 2 capsules daily with food or as professional advised. For children under 12 years of age cut capsule and pour over food.
Contra-indications
In doses over 12g may increase effects of anticoagulant (blood thinning) medication
Omega 3 fish oil 1500mg contains 50% more EPA and DHA essential omega 3 fatty acids than a standard fish oil capsule which means you don’t have to take as many capsules to get the same benefit. It is sourced from wild cold water fish (anchovy, mackerel and sardines) and is low in odour and reflux. It has been tested for mercury and heavy metals to meet strict international quality standards. Omega 3 helps to maintain a healthy brain and heart function, cholesterol levels and helps with joint discomfort and mobility as it acts as a natural anti-inflammatory.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
