How To Use

When using:  Spray with the "出" side facing upwards
After use:  Store with the "止" side facing upwards
< For cleaning >
  1. Spray on the stain and wipe it off with a cloth.
*For tough grease, leave the spray on for about 5 minutes for effective results.
  1. After wiping, rinse with water or thoroughly rinse with water.
*For smaller parts like pan supports, remove them and spray them together in the sink. After 5 minutes, simply rinse with water.
< For disinfection and virus removal >
  1. Spray directly and leave for 5 minutes.
  2. After use, rinse with water or thoroughly rinse with water.
* This does not guarantee to remove all bacteria and viruses.

Approximately 9 pulls spray per 1 square meter
< Adjustable spraying range >
Spray with the white cover of the nozzle closed for narrower range, and spray with it open for wider range.

Precautions

  • As this is an alkaline detergent, take extra precautions such as wearing goggles to prevent liquid or mist from getting into your eyes.
  • Do not spray with the "止" position.
  • Do not aim the nozzle towards your face.
  • Use a sponge or cloth for areas higher than eye level.
  • Keep out of reach of children and individuals with dementia.
  • Ensure good ventilation and avoid using large quantities at once.
  • Use kitchen gloves when using.
  • Always store with the "止" position.
  • Do not place objects on top of the container when it is lying sideways, as pressure on the lever may cause leakage.
< Not suitable for use on >  
  • Furniture, wooden floors, items susceptible to water damage. Copper, brass, and galvanised steel products.
< Emergency measures >
  • If it gets into the eyes, it may cause injury. Rinse immediately with running water for 15 minutes without rubbing, and seek immediate medical attention even if there is no pain or abnormality.
  • If it comes into contact with the skin, rinse thoroughly with water immediately. Consult a dermatologist if any abnormalities persist.
  • If swallowed, rinse the mouth without inducing vomiting and drink water. Consult a doctor if any abnormalities persist.
  • Discontinue use if you feel unwell.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, health supplements, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
