The Kerastase Symbiose Bain Creme Anti-Pelliculaire is a hydrating anti-dandruff shampoo for dry, sensitive scalps prone to dandruff. The breathable creamy formula instantly exfoliated and removes visible dandruff & flakes on scalp without stripping the hair fibre. Key Ingredients
Salicylic Acid
Helps dissolve flakes and acts on consequences of dandruff.
Piroctone Olamine
Reduces the proliferation of yeats of the genus Malassezia spp. involved in the process of excessive desquamation of the scalp and thus formation of dandruff.
How To Use
Step 1: Prep hair with the Symbiose Scalp Scrub.
Step 2: Take a small amount of the hydrating dandruff shampoo in your hand.
Step 3: Apply to wet hair and massage into scalp.
Step 4: Rinse thoroughly.
Step 5: Follow with conditioner & scalp serums.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at admin@ocare.co.nz. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
