Lypo-Spheric Lipoic Acid contains alpha lipoic acid (ALA). This is one of the strongest antioxidants that can be found in nearly every tissue in a healthy body. A small amount of ALA is made naturally in the body, but the rest of what you need must come from eating red meat, organ meats and brewer's yeast or from dietary supplements.
Since the amount of ALA available in dietary supplements is as much as 1,000 times greater than what you can obtain in a normal diet, ALA experts recommend daily supplementation with high-quality ALA.
The R Form of ALA
ALA can be found in two forms - the R form, which is the form found in nature, or the S form, which is often used in low-cost, synthetic preparations of ALA.
R-ALA has been shown to be more bioavailable and biologically active than S-ALA, but it is expensive to produce and often presents stability issues in manufacturing. This is why most ALA supplements contain only the S form, or a 50/50 mixture of S-ALA and R-ALA.

This product formulation contains no sugar, no starch, no artificial flavors, no artificial colors, no meat products, no dairy products, no wheat, no gluten, and no yeast.
Suggested Use
Adults: As a dietary supplement take one packet 1 to 2 times per day.
For best results, snip or tear the notched-end of the packet, squeeze into 30ml or more of your favourite cool beverage, swirl and drink in one big gulp. The dietary supplement will NOT dissolve in liquid and has no artificial colours or flavours.

Warning:
Do not mix any of the Lypo-Spheric™ products in hot beverages, because this could damage the liposomes.
We also do not recommend blending any of our products in a food processor or blender.
Return Policies
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at admin@ocare.co.nz. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
