Learning to drink independently is one of the most important steps in the development of a baby and is a real challenge for patience and skill. This is why we have developed the NUK Evolution Cups: Three new NUK drinking cups, which can be fitted with different drinking tops and thus grow with the child. Each top is designed to adapt to a different learning phase and can be exchanged effortlessly as the baby's abilities increase - very individually and adapted to the learning pace of the little ones. NUK drinking cups: Learning to drink easily, three times over
Thanks to the high-quality and robust material, the drinking cups are prepared for any adventure. All NUK Evolution Cups are 100% BPA free and printed with cute motifs. The NUK drinking cups are easy to disassemble and reassemble and are dishwasher safe. The ergonomic design allows the little ones to grasp them independently and hold the NUK drinking cup themselves. The practical NUK Evolution Cup drinking learning set includes a cup and all three-matching spill-proof tops:
NUK Trainer Cup Top (from 6 months): The first top is equipped with a soft drinking spout that is particularly gentle on the gums and palate. The soft spout and ergonomically shaped handles support an effortless transition from the bottle to the NUK drinking cup.
NUK Magic Cup Top (8 months and older): The next stage of development is promoted by a top that provides an extra portion of magic to make learning to drink fun and allows the child to drink like the grown-ups. The only difference is that this drinking cup cannot leak since a silicone disc seals the inside of the attachment. The 360° drinking rim makes handling a cup particularly easy. Children can start at any point on the drinking rim, and as soon as they suck on the rim of the cup, the seal opens.
NUK Action Cup Top (from 12 months): Every day the little ones become more alert and develop a pronounced urge to move around. The NUK Action Cup accompanies them in all activities. The drinking attachment of this NUK drinking cup has a soft drinking straw that is particularly gentle on the palate and gums. For transport, the straw disappears with a twist into the lid to keep everything dry and clean.
Return Policies
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at admin@ocare.co.nz. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, health supplements, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
