Walnut Oil (55%) is a rich source of polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA) which includes the essential alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), the plant form of Omega 3.
Avocado Oil (40%) Our extra virgin avocado oil is made from 100% New Zealand grown avocados which are cold pressed to extract a highly nutritious avocado oil.One serving of Puria® Omega Oil contains 2,000mg of Oleic acid (Omega 9).
Olive Oil (5%) is a significant part of the Mediterranean diet. Our extra virgin olive oil is made from 100% New Zealand olives, entirely grown and pressed in beautiful New Zealand.
