Description

Folic acid is a water-soluble B Vitamin and member of the B Complex. Folic acid intake is important for pregnant women and helps promote heart health.* Folic acid helps maintain healthy levels of homocysteine by helping convert homocysteine into methionine.* In addition, it plays a significant role in the health of red blood cells, and helps support a healthy nervous system.* Adequate folate in healthful diets may reduce a woman’s risk of having a child with a brain or spinal cord birth defect. Folate intake should not exceed 250% of the DV (1000 mcg).

Dicalcium Phosphate, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Vegetable Stearic Acid, Silica, Vegetable Cellulose.

Free of Gluten, Wheat, Yeast, Sugar, Salt, Artificial Flavors, Artificial Sweeteners, Artificial Preservatives, Artificial Colors

 

Suggested Use

As a dietary supplement for adults, take one (1) tablet one to two times daily, preferably with a meal or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at admin@ocare.co.nz. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
