Solgar Turmeric Root Extract capsule provide high quality Turmeric standardised to ensure active levels of the spice, curcuminoids. Famous for giving food its bright yellow colour, Turmeric has a valued history of traditionally use both in Indian Ayurvedic practice and cooking. The bioactive compounds in turmeric are known as flavonoids called Curcuminoids. Naturally these are not high in turmeric only 3%, so Solgar has standardized these to get more active curcuminoids, 93% per capsule.

Directions
