Although linked with energy production it has many roles in the body. Taurine supports cardiovascular function, helping to protect against atherosclerosis, heart attacks, and strokes. It helps protects vision, hearing, supports the action of insulin and has antioxidant properties. It is vital for the proper function of the minerals potassium, calcium, magnesium, and sodium. Aging and restrictive diets can result in inadequate levels of Taurine.

Suggested Use
As a food supplement for adults, take one (1) Vegetable Capsule daily with juice or water in between meals, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

Damages and issues
