Wild Ferns Lanolin Pure and Delicate Soap is a Gentle Triple Milled Soap that Lathers your Skin with Softening Moisture, Leaving it Clean, Smooth and Delicately Fragranced

Lanolin has long been renowned for its extremely beneficial moisturising and nourishing properties. It is readily absorbed into the skin making it look and feel younger and softer, whilst improving the suppleness and elasticity associated with healthy, youthful skin. Proof of this is in the hands of the shearers and wool workers around the world – they are known for having particularly soft and supple hands that retain their youthful look due to their constant handling of Lanolin-rich sheep’s wool.

Lanolin is the natural oil extracted from the wool of the sheep and is the closest oil in nature to that which humans produce. It is extracted after the wool is removed – a process that occurs normally once per year called shearing. This involves people usually using machinery with clippers on one end to remove the wool close to the skin of the sheep. This wool is then soaked for a period of time, with Lanolin oil in its purest form rising to the surface during this time. It is then skimmed off and refined to remove all impurities. Like hair, wool grows back again and again, therefore, making lanolin a completely renewable resource.

Return Policies

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at admin@ocare.co.nz. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

To ensure you receive your parcel before holidays and Chrismas day, we recommend you order by the following dates:
Place your order 3 days in advance during Holidays.
Place your order 1 week in advance during Chrismas.

Additional Information

We currently use NZ Post's Signature Required service by default to ensuresecure delivery of your order.
However, if you have previously authorised ATL (Authority to Leave) with NZ Postthis setting will override the signature requirement, and the courier may leave yourparcel unattended at your property.

If ATL is active on your address and the parcel is lost or stolen after delivery, we areunable to lodge a compensation claim with NZ Post. In such cases, werecommend reporting the loss to your local police.
