A delightful foaming face wash designed to gently remove deep seated dirt and impurities from the skin while cleansing and unclogging pores, it is formulated with the potent antioxidant, antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties of New Zealand Manuka Honey to help neutralise free radicals while cleansing and soothing even sensitive skin.
Our new formula now boasts the abundant cleansing and calming properties of New Zealand Calendula, and the nourishing goodness of Meadowfoam Seed Oil. A light and stable hydrating ingredient, it works by nourishing the skin while forming a barrier to help retain it’s natural moisture and nutrients, and has also been found to contain properties to help fade blemishes.
This exhilarating combination soothes, repairs and strengthens while protecting the skin from free radical damage to provide a fresh, revitalising cleanse to leave skin feeling beautifully soft and clean.

How to Use
Use day and night to cleanse the face. Squeeze a small amount onto palm and lather before massaging into skin, then rinse off thoroughly with water.

It contains nutrients to help regenerate skin cells, cleanse and detoxify to leave skin toned and balanced, and is effective in soothing and reducing the effects of acne without drying the skin and is particularly helpful for those with sensitive skin. The MGO rating certifies the honey’s active rating and that genuine high-grade Manuka Honey from New Zealand has been used.
Meadowfoam Seed Oil is a sustainable and light oil well known for its high stability, it is an effective moisturiser that can help lock in the skin’s natural moisture, and contains powerful antioxidants to help fight the damage caused by free radicals and reduce the signs of ageing.

Return Policies
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at admin@ocare.co.nz. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
