Description

A lightweight organic balancing manuka face oil blended with powerful antioxidants, vitamins and essential fatty acids to soothe and restore the skin. Extracts of Manuka Oil, Grapeseed Oil, Kiwifruit Seed Oil, Geranium Oil and Neroli Oil help to balance and hydrate the skin without clogging the pores. It can be used alone or mixed into your existing beauty routine. Suitable for all skin types including sensitive skin.

How to Use

Gently massage onto clean skin using upwards and outward motions.

KEY INGREDIENTS

Grapeseed Oil is renowned for its excellent moisturising qualities, and absorbs easily into the skin. Its skin-regenerative and restructuring qualities make it an extremely useful treatment for many skin conditions. Grapeseed Oil is rich in the essential omega 6 fatty linoleic acid (67%), as well as oleic, stearic, and palmitic acids. It also contains vitamins E and F, proteins, and carbohydrates. Grapeseed has an extensive structure of vital minerals such as zinc, potassium, copper, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, iron and selenium.

Apricot Kernel Oil is a popular and versatile carrier oil, as well as a base mixture for aromatherapy oils. The oil has been used in traditional Chinese medicine to treat inflammatory skin disorders. It is said to be excellent for use on sensitive and prematurely aging skin, and is widely used as an ingredient in various skincare lotions, creams, soaps, and balms. Apricot kernel oil is added to shampoos and conditioners, to replenish shine, moisture, and lustre. Apricot kernel oil is known to have extremely nourishing qualities and is easily absorbed into the skin. The oil is rich in vitamins A, C and E as well as the essential linoleic and oleic fatty acids.

Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis (Sweet Almond) Oil, Vitis Vinifera (Grape) Seed Oil, Prunus Armeniaca (Apricot) Kernel Oil, Leptospermum Scoparium (Manuka) Oil, Actinidia Chinensis (Kiwifruit) Seed Oil, Pelargonium Graveolens (Geranium) Oil, Tocopheryl Acetate (Vitamin E), Citrus Aurantium (Neroli) Oil.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at admin@ocare.co.nz. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, health supplements, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We offer free delivery within New Zealand on all orders over $89 NZD. For orders under this amount, postage will be just $6.5

 

Holiday and Christmas Delivery in New Zealand

To ensure you receive your parcel before holidays and Chrismas day, we recommend you order by the following dates:
Place your order 3 days in advance during Holidays.
Place your order 1 week in advance during Chrismas.

Normally to your address within 3 working days.
Most of customers received their parcel overnight if the orders are sent Monday to Friday.

Additional Information

We currently use NZ Post's Signature Required service by default to ensuresecure delivery of your order.
However, if you have previously authorised ATL (Authority to Leave) with NZ Postthis setting will override the signature requirement, and the courier may leave yourparcel unattended at your property.
Please note:
If ATL is active on your address and the parcel is lost or stolen after delivery, we areunable to lodge a compensation claim with NZ Post. In such cases, werecommend reporting the loss to your local police.
