A gentle face mask designed to calm, soothe and comfort sensitive skin. Using luxurious bio-cellulose technology, the mask acts like a second skin to adhere perfectly to the face and deliver an instant and continuous moisture surge.

Loaded with a calming serum rich in Australian Maritech® Reverse, a Marine Algae Extract which is clinically proven to calm the skin whilst also promoting skin elasticity. The mask delivers an instant soothing solution to reduce skin sensitivity and discomfort.

Enriched with Aloe to hydrate and soothe the skin, while Centella Asiatica Extract helps to enhance skin’s resilience.

HOW TO USE

1. Cleanse, tone and dry face.

2. Remove mask from sachet and peel away one side of the protective mesh film.
3. Apply the gel side and remove the second side of the protective mesh film and smooth out the mask to ensure good contact with the skin.
4. Relax and leave the mask to activate for 15-20 minutes allowing your skin to absorb the active ingredients.
5. Remove the mask from face and discard. No need to rinse.
6. Massage any remaining liquid from the sachet into your skin.
7. Most effective when used twice a week for the first month then as often as required, especially at times when skin is distressed.

To complete your skincare regime, use with the Recoverëderm Range.

EXPERT TIPS

*TIP Apply directly after a shower when the skin is warm and leave for 20 minutes. Remove and massage excess serum into the skin. No rinsing required.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at admin@ocare.co.nz. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, health supplements, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
