Please choose your size carefully (see size chart for reference). Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons, we will not accept returns on bras, except if they are faulty.
Haakaa’s Hands-Free Pumping & Nursing Bra allows multi-tasking mums to move around and feel secure while pumping! It keeps your pump close to your chest and leaves your hands free to finish more important tasks. The layered crossover slit design helps create a better seal for your pump flange, improving suction and comfort, while the detachable outer layer allows you to conveniently feed your little one when they’re hungry without needing to take off your bra!
Made from 90% nylon and 10% spandex, our super soft material and smooth finish feels great against your skin and won't irritate sensitive nipples.

Directions
Pumping:
Insert the pump flange through the slits on the outside of the bra.
Using suction, attach the pump to your breast.
Detach the pump once full and pull the flange back through the slits of the bra.
Breastfeeding:
Unhook the outer layer from the bra strap and pull down to reveal the nipple.
Let your baby breastfeed.
After feeding, pull up the outer layer and hook back onto the bra strap.
Care Instructions
Machine wash cold and hang to dry. Do not iron. Do not dry clean or use any bleach-based agents to clean this product. Wash before wearing.
Check product condition regularly. Replace if this product shows any signs of damage. Do not use this product for anything other than its intended use.
Return Policies
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at admin@ocare.co.nz. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, health supplements, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
