Each tablet contains: Sodium ascorbate (Ascorbic acid 30mg) 33.95mg, Calcium pantothenate (Pantothenic acid 6.41mg), Chromic chloride hexahydrate (Chromium 50micrograms) 260micrograms, Chromium picolinate (Chromium 16.6micrograms) 133.5micrograms, Colecalciferol (Vitamin D3) 3.35micrograms, Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12) 17micrograms, Folic acid 70micrograms, Heavy magnesium oxide (Magnesium 100mg) 165.84mg, Manganese amino acid chelate (Manganese 350micrograms) 3.5mg, Nicotinamide (Vitamin B3) 35mg, Pyridoxine hydrochloride (Pyridoxine 6.56mg) 8mg, Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) 8mg, Thiamine nitrate (Thiamine 5.67mg) 7mg, Zinc amino acid chelate (Zinc 4mg) 20mg
Adults: Take 1 tablet 3 times daily with meals, or as directed by your healthcare professional. Children 9 years and older: Only as professionally prescribed.

Store below 30°C in a cool dry place away from heat and direct sunlight. Protect from humidity.
This medicine must not be directed for use in children younger than 9 years of age. Contains magnesium, which may have a laxative effect or cause diarrhoea. Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible. [Contains vitamin B6]. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.

Return Policies
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at admin@ocare.co.nz. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
