What is fat and oil emulsification?
Emulsification of fats and oils is the process where the large fat globules are broken down into minute fat droplets. This allows lipase, the enzyme that digests fats to access the fat molecules. Bile is the complex fluid that is responsible for the emulsification of fats and oils in the digestive system and without bile, fats and oils, including the important essential fatty acids and the fat-soluble vitamins would not be digested and absorbed.
What Is Lecithin?
Lecithin is a type of lipid that serves many important functions in the body. It consists primarily of the B vitamins choline and inositol and the essential fatty acid linoleic acid. Lecithin is an essential constituent of every cell in the human body. It is an emulsifying agent and a necessary part of bile, and is therefore required for the breakdown of fats and oils in the digestive system, a process that is necessary for the digestion, and absorption of essential fatty acids and fat soluble vitamins.
Return Policies
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at admin@ocare.co.nz. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
