How To Use:

  1. Remove the eye mask from the package.
  2. Cut along the perforated line and place the ear loops over your ears.
  3. Keep your eyes closed while using the mask.
  4. Do not use in conjunction with eye packs or other eye treatments.
  5. Wait for some time after applying eye drops before using the mask.
  6. There may be instances where makeup may smudge.
Note: * it will start to warm up as soon as you open it, so use it promptly. The temperature and duration of warmth may vary depending on the environment in which it is used. In colder temperatures, the warmth may be less noticeable. In certain environments, the mask may expand due to steam, but it can still be used as is.

Precautions

    • If you feel that the heat is too intense or experience pain, discomfort, or any other abnormal sensations, discontinue use immediately.
    • If you develop a rash, irritation, or persistent redness, itching, or any other abnormal symptoms around the eyes or eye area, discontinue use and consult a doctor.
    • Temporary redness or itching may occur when the skin warms up.
    • If using with contact lenses (including coloured lenses), regularly visit an eye clinic and use the product correctly according to instructions.
    • Do not press the eyes from above while wearing the eye mask.
    • Do not use a damaged eye mask.
    • Once the heat has dissipated, the eye mask cannot be reused.
    • Do not heat the eye mask in a microwave.
    • Be cautious to prevent the individual packaging from coming into contact with electrical outlets, as there is a risk of fire.
    • Keep out of reach of infants, children, and individuals with cognitive impairments.
    • If the individual packaging is damaged, the eye mask may not generate heat.
    • Store in a cool place away from direct sunlight, high temperatures, and heat sources (such as on top of heating appliances).
    • Dispose of according to local regulations after it has cooled down.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at admin@ocare.co.nz. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, health supplements, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
