A silky smooth conditioning oil developed to maintain skin’s moisture levels lost through natural exposure to everyday elements, Lanolux Body Oil is enriched with the natural emollient properties of Lanolin, Vitamin E for skin health, and a fine blend of botanical oils to deeply hydrate the skin. Delicately formulated with the nourishing goodness of Rosehip, Jojoba, Chamomile and Lavender Oils to help soothe and restore the skin’s moisture balance.
Light and easily absorbed, Lanolux Body Oil is ideal for keeping skin moisturised throughout the day to leave skin feeling soft, silky, and well nourished.

How to Use
Use regularly to nourish dry skin and help reduce the appearance of stretch marks and minor scars.
Do not apply to broken skin.

KEY INGREDIENTS
Lanolin is known for it’s intensive moisturising and protective qualities. It penetrates the skin deeply to hydrate, while also creating a protective barrier on the skin’s surface to prevent moisture loss while still allowing the skin to breathe.
Vitamin E is an antioxidant that helps protect the skin against free radical damage caused by pollution and the sun’s radiation, and can help skin retain its natural moisturisers.
Rosehip Oil is an ultra-fine oil that is a packed with nutrients and essential fatty acids that play a vital role in the regeneration process of skin cells and restores the skin’s moisture balance.
Jojoba Oil is often used on sensitive or acne prone skin to help with skin irritations, and is also helpful in the treatment of dry and sore skin, eczema, psoriasis and allergies.
Chamomile Oil is renowned for it’s superb soothing and anti-inflammatory properties, and can help calm irritated skin while moisturising and regenerating the skin for a more even and youthful appearance.
Lavender Oil is well-known for its calming, soothing and balancing effects on the body and mind, and can be used to help ease muscular pains.

Return Policies
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at admin@ocare.co.nz. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, health supplements, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
