Description

Innovative comb attachment to create lifted looking, full-fan effect lashes. Non-slip finger grip provides ultimate comfort. Includes a bonus replacement pad and comb attachment.

 

How To Use

1. Ensure that your eyelashes are clean and dry. Never use the Eyelash Curler with mascara primer or mascara on.
2. Open the Eyelash Curler completely.
3. Looking down into a mirror with your chin slightly slanted up, carefully insert your lashes into the Eyelash Curler and position it as close as possible to your upper eyelid without pinching the skin.
4. Keeping your eyes open, gently squeeze the Eyelash Curler closed and hold for 5-10 seconds.
5. Lightly release tension and rotate the Eyelash Curler with your lashes still in place, ensuring that the handles are tilted up towards your eyebrows. Gently squeeze the Eyelash Curler closed again and hold for an additional 5-10 seconds.
6. Carefully open the Eyelash Curler completely and release your lashes.

 

Expert Tips

Apply mascara after curling to set your lashes. For a more defined look, use two coats of mascara on each eye, wriggling the wand from the root of the lashes out to the tip.

 

Care Tips

Always clean the Eyelash Curler before and after use. Dip a cotton pad in eye makeup remover solution and gently wipe over the rubber pad, comb and upper clamping area.

Do not attempt to use Eyelash Curler on the bottom lashes.

Replace the rubber pad if grooves or ridges start to appear.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at admin@ocare.co.nz. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, health supplements, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
