Description

The Haakaa Baby Nail Care Set lets you safely trim down your baby's nails without the need for sharp scissors or clippers! Our little gadget eliminates the risk of nicking your child's skin, turning those scary nail trimming sessions into quality bonding time.

Our Baby Nail Care Set has two rotation directions and speeds to suit your needs. It's whisper-quiet and features a light on the end for easy nighttime filing!

Attach the trimmer pad suitable for your child's age and gradually file down their nails! The trimmer pads make your baby's nails smooth and don't leave sharp edges that may scratch their delicate skin. We've also included a metal pad and cone so parents can file down their nails too!

Direction 

1. Choose the trimmer pad most suitable for your child's age.

2. Hold your child comfortably and securely. Hold their hand out straight with their fingers spread.

3. Hold the trimmer away from your child and turn on the power switch. The trimmer attachment should begin to spin immediately.

4. Starting with the slowest speed, place the spinning trimmer pad onto the end of your child's nail to begin filing. Adjust speed as required.

5. When moving between nails, switch the trimmer off and ensure your child is still comfortable and restrained to prevent accidental injury.

6. When you have finished filing your child's nails, remove all nail dust from the trimmer pad and wash your child's hands.

7. Remove the trimmer attachment and store all parts in the storage container.

 

Cleaning&Care 

Clean this product by wiping gently with a soft, dry cloth or cotton swab. Do not use any abrasive cleaners, thinners or benzine to clean this product. Keep in a cool, dry place and avoid direct sunlight. The polishing pads will need replacing as the pads wear down. 

 

Caution 

This product contains small parts that may become a choking hazard. Keep this product out of reach of children. Do not use this product for anything other than its intended use. Do not hold the rotating attachment to any part of the body for extended periods of time, as this may cause friction burns. Do not place directly onto the skin. We do not recommend using this product on nails that are weak, damaged, diseased or brittle.

Requires 2 x AA batteries (not included). Do not throw out the clear insert inside the Baby Nail Care Kit case, as it holds all of the attachments in place during storage.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at admin@ocare.co.nz. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, health supplements, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Free Delivery 

We offer free delivery within New Zealand on all orders over $89 NZD. For orders under this amount, postage will be just $6.5

 

Holiday and Christmas Delivery in New Zealand

To ensure you receive your parcel before holidays and Chrismas day, we recommend you order by the following dates:
Place your order 3 days in advance during Holidays.
Place your order 1 week in advance during Chrismas.

 

NZ Delivery Times

Normally to your address within 3 working days.
Most of customers received their parcel overnight if the orders are sent Monday to Friday.
Please allow 2 more days if you live in rural area in New Zealand.

Additional Information

We currently use NZ Post's Signature Required service by default to ensuresecure delivery of your order.
However, if you have previously authorised ATL (Authority to Leave) with NZ Postthis setting will override the signature requirement, and the courier may leave yourparcel unattended at your property.
Please note:
If ATL is active on your address and the parcel is lost or stolen after delivery, we areunable to lodge a compensation claim with NZ Post. In such cases, werecommend reporting the loss to your local police.
If you would prefer not to have parcels left unattended, you can update your ATLsettings directly through your NZ Post account or by contacting NZ Post customerservice.
