Transform your skin fitness routine with Manicare® Microneedle Derma Roller at home.
Microneedling is a skin treatment, not ingredient-based, which uses your body’s most natural response and reactions to repair and promote healthy skin.
Microneedling creates micro-channels on the skin, which in turn triggers collagen production to compensate the skin as it rejuvenates. In addition, it also helps improves the absorption and efficiency of your skincare.
Regular usage reduces the appearance of skin imperfections, including scarring, enlarged pores and stretched marks. Simply incorporate as part of your night-time routine to help enhance the performance of actives in your favourite skincare products.
How To Use
Thoroughly cleanse your skin before bedtime.
Gently place Manicare® Microneedle Derma Roller on your face in one section. Start with rolling horizontally, vertically and diagonally twice in each direction. With more experience, build up to 5 times.
Move across to the next untreated section, and repeat.
Suitable to roll over face, neck and décolletage, but avoid the eye area.
DO NOT APPLY any pressure, simply let the weight of the roller be the guide.
Follow the diagram as a guide to section the face.
Optional: After using the roller, apply your preferred serum, moisturiser, skincare actives or sheet masks with clean hands for better results. Maximum use 3 times per week.
Microneedling may result in skin redness and increased sun sensitivity. Use sunscreen daily.
Care Tips
Best to sterilise with alcohol sprays like Manicare® Brush Cleaner & Tool Steriliser and allow to dry after each use.
Store in the protective case provided.
Personal use only, the roller must not be shared.
For optimal performance, it is recommended to replace your Manicare Microneedle DermaRoller every 3months.
Do not use on children.
Do not use if the sterile seal has been broken.
Do not use on any skin that is inflamed or broken, e.g. acne breakouts or rosacea.
If you are susceptible from eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis, warts or cystic skin, please consult your medical professional prior to use.
If you are prone to sensitivity, a patch test is recommended to determine if this product is right for you. Discontinue use if skin sensitivity occurs after treatment.

Return Policies
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at admin@ocare.co.nz. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, health supplements, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
