Doubled with the effects of Kaolin to deeply cleanse the pores and help enhance blood circulation, this Thermal mud Mask is further enriched with the anti-ageing and skin healing powers of Royal Jelly to promote skin firmness, protein-rich Spirulina to detox and fight inflammation in the skin, and Vitamin E for enhanced skin health. How to Use
Apply an even layer generously over the face, taking care to avoid the eye area. Allow to dry or leave on for 15-20 minutes for optimum results, then gently wash off with warm water.
Use weekly on a regular basis for a clearer, more youthful complexion.

KEY INGREDIENTS
- Rotorua Thermal Mud is mineral rich and contains a high sulphur content that is very active in killing bacteria on the skin, and is known for its soothing and cleansing qualities, drawing out impurities and excess oils from the skin to leave it feeling rejuvenated and fresh.
- Royal Jelly is high in Vitamin B and essential fatty acids to promote skin rejuvenation, and is known to help minimise the effects of wrinkles, with nourishing benefits to enhance skin elasticity, moisturise, and revitalise skin.
- Spirulina is a protein-rich algae that has been dubbed a ‘super food’, and is found to help provide various amino acids necessary for maintaining theskin’s collagen and elastin level.
- Kaolin clay is a simple but effective ingredient that is very gentle on the skin, and works to deeply cleanse the pores and purify the skin without stripping the skin of its natural oils, therefore leaving skin vitalised and boosting skin cell regeneration.

Return Policies
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at admin@ocare.co.nz. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
