Postnatal Omega-3 offers significant omega-3 DHA which supports neurological development in nursing infants. It also contains a potent dose of omega-3 EPA to keep a positive mood after childbirth and optimal fat metabolism. 

The added vitamin D3 offers additional mood support and immune support for both mum and baby (if mum is breastfeeding).

Directions: 

Suggested use: Two soft gels daily, with food, or as directed by your health care professional or pharmacist

Ingredients: Each serving size of 2 soft gel capsules contains:

• Purified deep-sea fish oil, from anchovies and sardines
• Total Omega-3's - 1120mg
• EPA (Eicosapentaenoic Acid) - 586mg
• DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid) - 456mg
• Other Omega-3's - 78mg
• Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol in olive oil) - 1000 IU
• Soft Gel Capsule - gelatin, water, glycerin
• No gluten, milk derivatives, or artificial colours or flavours
