Description
Biokap Nutricolor Delicato Hair Dye is the most delicate formulation in the BioKap Nutricolor line, available in 4 shades, without any Phenylenediamine. Its exclusive formula with vegetable ingredients and high skin tolerability nourishes and repairs the hair while dyeing it and covers grey hair perfectly.
Contains TRICOREPAIR, a complex with rice proteins with a restructuring action, Willow derivative with colour protective action and fruit lipophilic acids that take care of the scalp during the application of the dye. Thanks to the high content of unsaturated fatty acids and vitamin E, Argan oil protects, restructures and makes fragile and brittle hair shiny.
To cover grey hair perfectly, right from the first application and for a long-lasting colour, choose the shade according to the quantity of grey hair, following the instructions on the packet.
Free from Ammonia, Resorcinol, Parabens, Fragrance and Paraphenylenediamine, Phenylenediamines. Nickel and Dermatologically tested.
INGREDIENTS: Water, stearic acid, lauramide mea, thanolamine, ceteryl alcohol, glyceryl, stearate, palmitic acid, p-aminophenyl, glycerin, argania spinosa (kernal) oil, hydrolyzed rice protein, hydrolyzed soy protein, hydrolyzed oats, myristyl alcohol, bis-diglyceryl polyacyladipate-2, ascorbic acid, salix alba (willow) bark extract, tri-c14-15 alkyl citrate, c12-13 alkyl lactate, sodium gluconate, tridecyl salicylate, propylene glycol, sodium hydrosulfite, 1-naphthol, oxyquinoline sulfate, 4-chlororesorcinol, 2-methylresorcinol, 2,4-diaminophenoxyethanol hcl, 4-amino-2-hydroxytoluene, m-aminophenol.
WARNING: The 4 new colours of Biokap Nutricolor Delicato must not be mixed neither among them nor with the other Nutricolor and Nutricolor Delicato colours.
Carefully read the instructions on the package. Always patch test at least 48 hours before use. Discontinue if sensitivity occurs. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare practitioner.
Not intended for on persons under the age of 16. Temporary 'black henna' tattoos may increase your risk of allergy. Do not colour your hair if:- you have a rash on your face or sensitive, irritated and damaged scalp, - you have ever experienced any reaction after colouring your hair, - you have experienced a reaction to a temporary 'black henna' tattoo in the past. Rinse hair well after application. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. Rinse immediately if comes in contact with dye. Do not use to dye eyelashes or eyebrows, to do so may cause blindness.
The colouring cream contains phenylenediamines (toluenediamines). Nutrifix contains hydrogen peroxide. Use in a well ventilated room. Not to be inhaled or ingested. Contact Poisons Information Centre if contact occurs.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at admin@ocare.co.nz. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, health supplements, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
