Tip:
To help prevent nappy rash, after bath time gently pat baby completely dry before you put him/her in nappies – as moisture encourages nappy rash. Put nappies on just snug enough to prevent leaks but not so tight they chafe. Avoid scented wipes or nappies, which can be drying and irritating. Use unscented wipes, warm water and cotton balls, or a soft damp flannel. Give your baby’s bottom some fresh air regularly by placing a cloth nappy or towel underneath, and let them enjoy being nappy-free.
