Fresco Nutrition’s “Family Milk Drink” is a fortified goat milk powder drink, suitable for children aged 3 years plus up to elderly. So here it is, NZ’s first and only fortified goat milk drink, a delicious and healthy treat for the whole family.
Our Family Milk Drink makes a great base for fruit smoothies, milkshakes or any milk-based drink that cow milk would normally be used for.
Family Milk Drink is made with goat whole milk, and fortified with FOS (Fructo-Oligosaccharides for fibre), maltodextrin for extra energy, fish oil (for Omega 3 fatty acids) and Vitamin D.
With its mild creamy taste, Family Milk Drink appeals to all age groups. Children will drink it happily, which is important when they are around the age of 3 and becoming more discriminating in their tastes.
Fructo-Oligosaccharides (FOS)
Goat milk is packed with nutrients, but as with all kinds of milk, it contains no dietary fibre.
So to make goat milk even better, we have added FOS (Fructo-Oligosaccharides), which is a dietary fibre extracted from fruit and vegetables. It is a prebiotic that has been shown to improve calcium absorption, promote growth of beneficial bacteria in the large intestine and improve overall gastrointestinal health.

Each serve of Family Milk Drink contains 3.8g of dietary fibre, equivalent to the fibre of almost 2 cups of raw broccoli! The added fibre in our Family Milk Drink will help promote healthy bowel function.
Calcium
Most people know that calcium is a mineral essential to healthy bone growth, and the maintenance of bone density. The addition of FOS, along with goat milk’s naturally high calcium, is a powerful way to boost calcium uptake.
FOS has been proven to increase calcium absorption in the human gut.
Vitamin D
The main function of vitamin D is to regulate the absorption of calcium and phosphorus in our bones and aid in cell-to-cell communication throughout the body. It also plays a part in boosting the immune system.
Frequent exposure of the skin to sunlight promotes sufficient vitamin D synthesis without the need for supplements. However, people who have darker skin pigmentation or frequently wear sun protection during outdoor activities are often vitamin D deficient.
We know people prefer to keep out of the sun prefer to avoid darkening and damaging their skin.
But this means you could be missing out on an important source of Vitamin D.

Fish Oil
Fish oil is a natural source of Omega 3 EPA / DHA fatty acids.
Omega-3 fatty acids are thought to provide a wide range of health benefits, and the benefits appear to apply to every age group, from babies right through to elderly people.
For young children and infants, studies have shown benefits for cognitive development. Some studies show that infants fed formulas enriched with the omega-3 fatty acid DHA show improvements in hand-eye coordination, attention span, social skills, and intelligence test scores. Studies have shown that children born to mothers who took supplements of omega-3s (DHA and EPA) during pregnancy and the during the first months of breastfeeding scored higher on cognitive tests at 4 years of age compared to children whose mothers did not take supplements of DHA and EPA.
Maltodextrin
Maltodextrin is a complex carbohydrate that has been added to increase energy level, which is important for people who may require more energy. This includes growing children, the elderly, and or anyone who may be recovering from illness or whose diet is reduced.
Instructions for Use
5 scoops (approximately 37.5g) in 220ml water makes one serve of 250ml made up milk drink. Take 1-2 serves per day.
Return Policies
Change of Mind Returns
1. Ocare will allow a return where you have changed your mind, provided that the item in question is:
- returned within 14 days of receiving order;
- as new and is not used, worn, or opened and has all original packaging and tags in-tact (including any package seals (if any) being unbroken);
- in a resalable condition; and
- not damaged in any way.
2. We cannot accept change of mind returns on items that come in sealed packages or boxes where seals are damaged or broken.
3. You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods, including the cost of return shipping. If the item is not received by Ocare, you will not be eligible for a return.
4. You may be provided with a refund only when the returned product is received, and it complies with the requirements outlined above.
5. If the returned item does not meet the conditions of this policy, you will be responsible for the cost of receiving your returned goods back to your nominated address.
6. Blind boxes are sold as mystery items; we do not accept returns or exchanges for unwanted styles, duplicates, or change of mind.
Returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects (e.g., missing parts, severe paint flaws). Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos.
Items must be returned in original packaging and condition. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
7. Please note: The original shipping fees are non-refundable when you change of mind, if it was free shipping, we will charge back the shipping cost and do the refund for the rest.

Damages and issues
Our quality control teams do inspect all deliveries to ensure the products you receive meet our exact quality standards. However, if you do receive a faulty, damaged or the incorrect product, please contact us to arrange a return delivery and a refund or exchange. The return must be received by OCARE within 14 days.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or overseas orders.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

To ensure you receive your parcel before holidays and Chrismas day, we recommend you order by the following dates:

Additional Information
We currently use NZ Post's Signature Required service by default to ensure secure delivery of your order.
However, if you have previously authorised ATL (Authority to Leave) with NZ Post, this setting will override the signature requirement, and the courier may leave your parcel unattended at your property.
Please note:
If ATL is active on your address and the parcel is lost or stolen after delivery, we are unable to lodge a compensation claim with NZ Post. In such cases, we recommend reporting the loss to your local police.
If you would prefer not to have parcels left unattended, you can update your ATL settings directly through your NZ Post account or by contacting NZ Post customer service.
