10-HDA (10-Hydroxy-2-decenoic acid) is a naturally occurring fatty acid that is known for supporting skin renewal and general wellbeing. It is only found in Royal Jelly and cannot be created artificially. Our standard strength Royal Jelly capsule is 1000 mg and contains 0.3% 10-HDA. This is equivalent to 3 mg of 10-HDA per capsule.

Suggested Use
Take two capsules daily with or without food. Store in a cool dry place below 25°C out of direct sunlight.
